Urban Garden Hotel - Roma

There were problems with the public transport and I has not been warned by the staff about it even they knew it.

there is no window in most of the rooms and AC is not working generally

Hotel reception was good. The room was quite clean with comfortable bed.

We arrived in this hotel in May. It was already hot and air condition was not working. There was no lift and we had to go on first floor with our hard baggage on the steps. Room was very noisy. We could hear even the noise of bathroom from our neighbours. Towels were too thin and there was no place to hang them. So they stayed on the chair, that was very uncomfortable. One day there was no toilet tissue in our bathroom and we had to go in reception and ask for it. WiFi was only near to reception. Breakfast was served terrible, there was very very limited choice. One woman was working to coffee machine and she was very rude. When she asked us, which coffe would we like and we answered Capuccino, she looked us so angry and spoke something in italian (like what else would you like) and then told us very rude to choice Espresso or Americano. Ice Tea was warm.

The fact that was near to metro station and we can leave fast!

It was a bit filthy.. We found a cockroach. The one room had no window and the bathroom was smelly. Very far from city center. Bad neighborhood

The staff was very friendly and useful and the location is good - near the metro station Rebbibia, clean rooms

Thin walls and we could hear the shower from the next room.

Good location, close to highway ring and metro station (last one on line b), also few car rental agencies around. Reasonable room price, good room size, clean. Typical Italian breakfast. Fridge in the room. Monitored parking places (extra payed). Area around the hotel looks safe. Definitely good to stay overnight or for short period, visiting Roma city. No problems with add extra bed into the room (5 persons together, minor price change)

Hotel designed rather like a motel that regular hotel building (room entrance directly from outside, from parking or 1st floor gallery. Because of that, it was not really possible to open the windows or curtains and room was a little bit dark. Small issues with bathroom equipment (low water pressure). Noise from main road next to the hotel. In my opinion not the best choice if you plan to stay longer period.

It offers good value for money. It is a 10 min walk from Via Rebibbia subway station. Has free wifi. Room has bare minimum furnishings and the AC doesn't really work. Breakfast was also bare minimum. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful.

Room was very, very clean, but simple. The staff try to be accomodating if there is a problem.

Very noisy area, poor lighting in room. Rooms on the ground floor have parking directly in front of door. Location is in a poor industrial zone. There is lots of traffic. Located right next to a freeway. The 400 meter walk to the metro is dirty. This metro station in particular is very seedy and derelict. I wouldn't recommend to solo travellers.

- the staff, they were all very helpfull and friendly - the cleaning lady came every day - 200 m from the metro - the room (double) was spacious

- the shower was small - the check-out was too early

Very good location of the hotel from the subway station.

Wifi is free only at reception, not in room.

Close to the Line b metro station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Rome. Very clean, staff is friendly and will help you out at all hours. Very inexpensive for the easy access it has to Rome. Safe place as well, security cameras everywhere.

The location is very good and walkable from Metro. Reception is open 24/7 which help us to ask any query.

Rooms are small and bathroom is too small to turn. The hotel looks like a row house. Though breakfast is okay and well served on time but very little veriety. I stayed 4 days and everyday same food which I fed up.

Exceptionally clean and well kept,and secure specially for drvers that can enjoy the safe keeping of the well monitored parking areas. Very friendly staff and good home made Italian Cuisine.

The hotel is more of a busness accomodation , driving holidaymakers or motorway stopover. The management approach is rather cold that blends in with the lack of comfort, like a relaxing lounge and bar. To be blunt it has a sweet and sour atmosphere. The use of Visa just as a booking guarantee

Too much light enters through the door of the room during the night or dawn

Worst hotel ever. Definitley not 3-star. (1). We had a room without window. (2). No air conditioning. Still they insist it is. So we had to sleep with opened door to breathe. (3). They take money before giving the key. So check you room first. (4). Very poor breakfast. (5). Nobody can give your money back besides owner. And he is out most of the time. (6). Old-fashioned shower built-in the wall. (7). Thin towels. (8). Wi- fi is only in the lobby.
